Returns & Refunds
At KushKiez, our seeds are tested to have upwards of 95% success rate and we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We deal with each case individually and you must contact us within 14 days from purchase OR 7 days from receiving goods.
Given the unique nature of our products and the inherent variables in the storage & germination process, we cannot offer returns or refunds for goods after 7 days of receiving your order. We encourage customers to carefully consider their cannabis growing setup conditions before attempting to grow cannabis.
