KushKiez presents Grüner Bar a fully licensed non profit cannabis social club in Berlin. First harvest is due in December 2025. Members must be over 21 years of age to join.

Cannabis Social Clubs are for receiving cannabis in a manner that does not require a doctor’s prescription and a diagnosed condition (pain, anxiety, insomnia, etc.). Join us if you prefer to consume cannabis within the bounds of social, wellness and lifestyle without needing a medical reason or documentation. Requirements to join:
Must be 21 + year of age
The German Cannabis Act (CanG) allows possession and membership from age 18 however, we have chosen the 21+ rule to minimize to exposure to cannabis during developmental years up of young people.
Registered at least 6 months in Germany
The German Cannabis Act (CanG) explicitly limits CSC membership to people who have their main residence or habitual residence in Germany. This was a key concern during Germany’s legalization process — ensuring that CSCs serve local, community-based members rather than visitors.
Limited to one cannabis social club per person
Preventing Double Access & Over-Supply. The rule encourages people to build a relationship with one community and maintain consistent, responsible consumption habits.
Set up a Hanf-app account
The Hanf-app is the central administrator to all Cannabis Social Clubs in Germany, built specifically to help clubs fulfill legal and administrative obligations. For clubs, this means the Hanf-App functions as their digital backbone for compliance. For members, once you've signed up you can choose which CSC you want to join/apply to. It also means the club you join is following legal procedures, giving transparency and safety. So sign up and join Grüner Bar.
Membership fee starting 10€ per month
Why is there a membership fee? CSCs must operate as registered non-profit associations (eingetragener Verein, e.V.), which comes with legal, accounting, and compliance obligations. The fees pay for club registration, legal consultation, data protection, insurance as well as seeds, soil, nutrients, water, electricity and maintenance of the growing facility. This is collective cultivation, members don't "buy cannabis"
