CANNABIS-Seeds

Cannabis seeds are not covered by the German Narcotics Act, which therefore make them legal to own and trade. However, currently German still has a ban on the sale of cannabis seeds within Germany. The only country in the EU to have done so.

Now legal in Germany, this will be addressed more directly to open the gateway for controlled cannabis cultivation. Since Germany is ALSO part of the  free movement of goods EU act, having cannabis seeds shipped to Germany is Permitted. There are no criminal prosecutions if you order cannabis seeds online.
