A favourite among beginner growers and old school cultivators due to its distinct fuel-like aromas, compact size, resilience, and rapid life cycle. The original lineage is debated but most sources do trace Diesel back to Chemdawg x Super Skunk or Afghani in the late 90’s, becoming popularized by multiple coffeeshop in the 2000’s under the name NYC Diesel.
Perfect balcony grow OR use a 20/4 light cycle without the need to flip to bloom. Also give this plant light feeding only in the early stages as Autoflowering cannabis plants typically need less nitrogen.
This autoflower variety of the Diesel strain has been crossed with Lowryder #2 (stable auto flowering variety for all autos) to create a strain with the rich, diesel-fuel aroma but with the compact growth, shorter flowering time, and auto-flowering traits of Lowryder #2.
Its a stinky one, use a good carbon filter for a discreet indoor grow.
